1、 Rigorous and standardized preparation work before production
Daily operations begin with careful preparation before production. Firstly, it is necessary to strictly follow the cleaning and disinfection procedures of the equipment. All parts that come into direct contact with materials and cups, such as hoppers, filling heads, pipelines, sealing film supports, etc., must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure no residue or cross contamination. This is the first line of defense for food safety. Secondly, detailed parameter verification and material confirmation are required. After the device is started, the operator needs to enter the "active monitoring" state. The primary task is to conduct a first article inspection. The first few products before formal mass production must undergo a comprehensive inspection, including whether the filling volume is accurate, whether the liquid level is consistent, whether the sealing film is flat, whether the sealing pattern is clear and firm, and whether the date code is correct and clear. Only after confirming the accuracy can mass production begin. During operation, it is necessary to conduct regular quality checks on the product and closely monitor the equipment's operating status, listen for any abnormal noise, and check for phenomena such as incorrect cups, stuck cups, or poor membrane traction. Once minor deviations are discovered, they should be adjusted immediately to prevent small problems from escalating into major malfunctions. At the same time, keep the environment around the equipment clean, promptly clean up spilled liquids and debris, and prevent the risk of slipping or equipment failure.
3、 Thoroughly and promptly maintain and clean after completion
The finishing work after production is equally crucial. Thorough cleaning and maintenance (CIP/SIP) must be carried out. Clean the material path according to the regulations, especially in areas such as filling valves and sealing molds that are prone to residue, to prevent the material from drying up and solidifying, affecting production the next day or breeding bacteria. Turn off the heat sealing system, wait for it to cool down, carefully clean the residual stains or plastic debris on the sealing mold, and maintain its smoothness. This is the basis for ensuring long-term stable sealing quality. Finally, make a good handover record, truthfully recording the operation status, output, any abnormal situations, and handling process of the equipment on duty, providing information support for subsequent production.
