Key checks include ensuring the seal is smooth, tight, and free from wrinkles or scorch marks (for heat sealing). Regular sampling (e.g., hourly) must be conducted to test the seal’s integrity (e.g., through negative pressure tests). Furthermore, close attention should be paid to the consistency of juice fill levels and any signs of leakage or splashing, as these often indicate worn seal components or unstable air pressure in the filling valves.

Operators should receive comprehensive training and are strictly prohibited from making non-standard adjustments or performing cleaning tasks while the equipment is in operation. After production concludes, thorough cleaning should be carried out immediately to prevent corrosion of machine components by substances such as sugars and fruit acids.
